Unlock every Pylon at the cheapest shop prices. Auto-build the whole town from the NPCs you have, or score a housing group by hand. Prices stack every biome and neighbor preference, then clamp to 75–150%. Since 1.4.5 a Pylon just needs an NPC in a liked biome with a neighbor — so this aims for the lowest prices while keeping every Pylon available.
